Avant Talent Group is looking for a Nurse / Verpleegkundige / Verzorgende ig with qualifications from abroad (EU & non-EU) who want to work in the Netherlands as a healthcare professional.

We offer FREE Dutch language training to become fluent in Dutch followed by a job.

Successful applicants who are selected will receive full sponsorship for our 32 week long intensive language training program. The next start is planned for February 2024.
The training consists mainly of an intensive Dutch language course that is tailored to fit the language learning objectives of healthcare professionals. The goal of the language course is to reach fluency in Dutch. You will also learn about the Dutch healthcare system and the work culture throughout the program. At the end of the training we offer professional skills training, both theoretical and practical. The professional skills training is accredited by the Dutch Nursing Association (V&VN).
During the training we will guide you through the procedures to get professional accreditation here in the Netherlands with CIBG. As part of this accreditation procedure you will take the official language exams after finishing your training. Once you have obtained your professional accreditation you will start working via Avant Talent Group at one of the partner healthcare institutions in the Netherlands that are part of the Dutch Public Health System.

You qualify to apply if:
✅ you have a 4 year nursing degree;
✅ you speak English at a reasonable level;
✅ you have a valid residence permit or EEA/EU passport;
✅ you are available for the language training on weekdays (09.00 to 16.00;
✅ you commit to working at Avant Talent Group after your training
