Are you keen on playing a pivotal part in launching new products? As a NPI Engineer Healthcare, you serve as the ambassador for product industrialization within diverse teams, ensuring a seamless transition from product development to manufacturing excellence.
The NPI Engineer Healthcare acts as the advocate for product industrialization across varied teams, ensuring a smooth shift from development to manufacturing excellence. This position provides an opportunity to refine processes, tools, and equipment within Manufacturing systems throughout the PDLM cycle, ensuring reliable and efficient production processes.
Moreover, the NPI Engineer Healthcare takes the lead in advancing process technology initiatives within New Product Generation and contributes to the development of product and solution technology roadmaps.
- Ensure process compliance for product introductions, qualifications, and releases.
- Lead Manufacturing input in PDLM, emphasizing DfMAT.
- Optimize Capex for initial investments.
- Manage process and Manufacturing Requirements from R&D.
- Coordinate lean manufacturing design for PDLM workflows.
- Supervise PDLM-driven design changes in company and supplier facilities.
- Manage MF BOM and routing Master data until release.
- Establish Inspection and Test Criteria for components and assemblies.
Gevraagd
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent field.
- Ideally, possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in design and manufacturing transfer projects.
- Proficient in FMEA, 8D, SPC, A3, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Preferably experienced in process validation (pMap, pFMEA, IQ, OQ, PQ) with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on results and quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Dutch.
