Role Description
Your role as an Environment, Safety, and Health Manager is to lead and manage EHS programs. You will also be developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies and procedures, encouraging a culture of safety, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
– Responsible for conducting regular assessments, and audits to potential, health hazards, risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
– Responsible for leading investigations, non-conformances, and risk management processes, and drive continuous improvements.
– Responsible for coordinating with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and other external partners to stay up to date about the latest policy implementations.
– Responsible for representing the company to corporate EHS networks, and external organisations.

Requirements
– Has a bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety, or any related field.
– Has proven experience in EHS management, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or any highly regulated industry.
– Has experience in managing and handling multiple projects, and implementing and developing EHS programs, policies, and initiatives.
