Are you an experienced sales support administrator who is ready for a new challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? And enjoy being the go-to person for your team's needs? If so, we would love to hear from you! At Super micro, we are looking for a talented and dedicated sales support administrator to join our Sales team. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

  • A High School Diploma (AA degree preferred)
  • 1 - 2 years of tech industry experience
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, in English
what will you do

As a Sales Support Administrator, you'll provide technical support to their valued customers. In this role, you will be in charge of the processing orders, monitoring inventory. Also, you'll be providing top-notch support to our field sales team. You'll join internal teams to resolve issues and identify areas for improvement. As well as help in developing training materials for our customers. You also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and initiatives. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and excellence.

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability, and pricing
  • Help the sales team with data entry tasks and provide backup support when needed
  • Join production, accounting, and RMA teams to track assembly order schedules, expedite pending repair orders, and process orders
  • Prepare sales meetings, presentations, and marketing materials for email blasts
  • Generate monthly and quarterly sales and forecast reports
