Are you looking for a support role that at the same time offers a commercial challenge within an international company? Then we have an excellent opportunity for you! The role will involve flexibility, strong organizational skills and commercial attitude for our client in Gorinchem for 32-40 hours per week.

 

What will you do? 

As a Sales Support, you will fulfill a versatile role. You will support the Sales Manager, work with the Sales team and build strong relationships with customers, both nationally and internationally. You are the indispensable link in the commercial process, supporting customers in Africa, organizing acquisition trips and preparing quotations. Together with the team, you ensure the smooth delivery of products to satisfied customers.

Your main tasks are:

  • Support the Sales team in various tasks;
  • Managing confidential correspondence and documents in English and French;
  • Preparation of quotations and tenders;
  • Maintaining the digital sales system including data entry;
  • Preparing and organizing meetings, company visits, events, and supporting contractual matters.

Wat vragen wij?

Our client requires the following:

  • Completed commercial or secretarial education (MBO+ or HBO level);
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (e.g., in sales support, administration);
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French;
  • A service-oriented, flexible, decisive team player with excellent organizational skills and accuracy;
  • You are able to remain flexible and work accurately even in stressful situations.

What we offer?

  • Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 depending on education and work experience;
  • Varied and challenging role for 32-40 hours per week;
  • 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on 40-hour work week;
  • Travel allowance, pension plan and profit sharing;
  • Advancement opportunities.
