As a Technical Operational Buyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless procurement of mechatronics and advanced machinery components required for our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, source, and manage suppliers while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost-efficiency, and on-time delivery.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand technical specifications and procurement requirements for mechatronics and advanced machinery components.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish contracts.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and cost.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the mechatronics and advanced machinery industry.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Aanbod

What do you need?

• Mbo4/BSc background in either engineering or procurement
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English
• You are knowledgeable regarding mechatronics, robotics, electrical or similar
• You can understand technical drawings
