Electrical Engineer | Engineering Eindhoven

As an Electrical Engineer at ALTEN, you use your broad view of electrical engineering to make the design and integration and electronic components a success within projects.

In this role you have a lot of diversity in your work. ALTEN is a project organization, which means that our team works on various development projects. This includes the development of industrial electronics, advanced test and verification systems and electromechanics. Engaging in one project at a time you will have the opportunity to deeply immerse yourself in each endeavour. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, applying systems engineering principles, and contributing to the overall success of projects through your expertise.

Projects
Our projects can be purely electrical, but you are often the expert in the electrical field in a multidisciplinary team. Within our projects you keep a close eye on the requirements for electronics and you know how to convert this into feasible specifications to make integration into a larger system a success. Your tasks can range from working with Power electronics and EMC to cabinet and cable design including electromechanic systems.

Education

• You have a completed education at HBO/WO level in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with expertise in High-Tech, Semiconductor, Automotive or similar industries.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Altium, Zuken, E-plan, MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE and similar.
• Proficient communication skills in Dutch and/or English
