As a work planner, you are responsible for the work preparation and execution of our architectural and energy projects. You receive the starting points from the calculation and you ensure optimum implementation of these up to and including delivery. All this fits within the company's instructions, working methods and processes.

You organise the work independently and prepare it in detail. You then transfer the prepared information and data by means of a workbook to the fitters who carry out the work. In this phase, you are responsible for efficient, safe, high-quality and cost-conscious execution with a good balance between responsibilities in the office and on-site projects.

This entirely within the legally applicable regulations (working conditions, VCA, environmental regulations, etc.). During the entire process, you report to the department's project leader so that adjustments can be made where necessary. Of course, you don't do this all by yourself; your colleagues are always there for you and are always willing to help.

As a work planner, you are strongly involved in the projects you carry out. You are convinced that investing in your team leads to (even) better results. You are solution-oriented. You are able to coordinate several projects simultaneously. You are therefore very good at planning, organising and managing your teams and the parties on the project. You have a level of architectural and energy-related work and thinking that is at least MBO-4.
