Join our dynamic team if you have a strong interest in chatbots, virtual assistants, and low-code apps. We're seeking individuals passionate about technology, including AI, M365, and Power Platform.

De vacature

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our innovative efforts, staying abreast of the ever-evolving ecosystem of Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform, with a particular focus on the Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs for chatbots and virtual assistants, using AI to collect and translate requirements into functional designs and conversation flows. Leveraging Copilot Studio, enhanced with Azure OpenAI, you will craft and build bespoke solutions, taking into account the unique constraints of each project, including technological limitations, budgets, and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will extend to conducting thorough quality tests of the solutions you develop, ensuring they meet our high standards and deliver on customer needs. Working within an agile project team, you'll engage in daily standups, sprint planning, and reviews, all aimed at efficiently driving customer projects to success. Furthermore, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, contributing to communities and team meetings with insights and learnings from your projects. Hier gaan we vanuit

• Strong interest in the domain of chatbots and virtual assistants and low code apps in general
• Strong interest in technology related to AI, M365, and Power Platform
• MS Copilot Studio (previously known as Power Virtual Agents) experience is preferred (Microsoft chatbot framework also applies)
• Natural language processing (NLP) and Generative AI (LLM’s mainly)
• Eagerness to deep-dive on new topics like Copilot studio and the extensibility options with low code plugins
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable in conducting workshops to gather requirements at customers
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
• Expertise in IT projects as functional or technical consultant
• Expertise in M365/AI/Power Platform-projects is a major plus
