The sales representative that KUK Wijdeven is looking for is the first point of contact for customers and prospects, you play a crucial role in identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions for unique high-tech products. Together with the engineering team, (often complex) tailor-made solutions are designed for the customer.

This is your role
You start inside, once well trained, you go outside and profile yourself on the B2B market, under the guidance of an experienced Sales Manager. From here you will learn the ''external'' intricacies of the profession, you will be given all the space you need to develop yourself.
With your skills "and gained" knowledge, you take the customer into the world of inductive solutions and coils of today and the future.

This is what you're going to do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base. You are the first point of contact for customers and prospects, you play a crucial role in identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions in the high-tech industry. After the onboarding period, you are expected to actively do outbound sales, approaching new customers and promoting our products/services in the language English and Dutch.

Responsibilities
- Managing and expanding the customer base through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Identifying the needs of customers and prospects and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations, contracts and other sales documentation.
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and increasing turnover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and visits.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
