Role Description
You will be managing projects from the early FEL phases up to delivery with commissioning and qualification for investment projects at Oss site. He/she will work with representatives from Production, Safety Health & Environmental, Quality, Finance, Maintenance, Procurement, etc. to deliver projects according business objectives.
Responsibilities
–Overseeing all facets of project management including scope, quality, budget, and planning.
-Steering diverse pharmaceutical engineering endeavors ranging from 1 to 10 million euros with over 5 internal and external team members.
-Skillfully juggling 4 to 5 projects concurrently, each spanning 1 to 3 years.
-Serving as a crucial link between project sponsors and teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with stakeholders.
-Collaborating with sponsors to establish project parameters such as scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
-Crafting project team configurations in collaboration with resource managers.
-Formulating conceptual design solutions, conducting studies, and refining project definitions to secure project approval.
-Securing investment approvals in line with project guidelines and criteria.
-Coordinating the availability of workspace, installations, and services necessary for project execution.
-Ensuring project completion with comprehensive as-built documentation, maintenance deliverables, and operator training.
Requirements
-Possess 7 years of hands-on experience in executing industrial projects, with a preference for the pharmaceutical or food industry.
-Skilled in handling architectural and pharmaceutical equipment projects, along with installing technical systems.
-Proficient in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in written communication.
