Would you like to contribute to the correct and timely processing of the salaries of our temporary workers? Then start working with us as a back office employee!





About the job



In this position you work behind the scenes in a varied administrative job. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the correct and timely processing of all data of our 1,300 temporary workers. You have strong administrative skills and have an affinity with the temporary employment sector and payroll administration. You can’t turn your back on processing all those mutations in our system (Nocore). Processing the changes is a precise job and that is why you keep accurate administration.

In addition to the above, you are responsible for:

  • Administration, including; payroll processing, leave registration, absenteeism registration and personnel changes in the personnel system, including wage garnishments, employer statements and the like;
  • You collect, process, check and archive data for paying salaries for temporary workers;
  • You ensure correct invoicing to our customers and are the first point of contact for the customer if he/she has questions about the invoice;
  • Signaling role in connection with periodic changes and the correct classification of wages for the various customers and correct processing of hour types;
  • Answering questions from colleagues about hirer remuneration, temporary employment or hirer collective labor agreements, pay slips, pensions, invoicing and the like;
  • During audits you help collect and provide the necessary data.

During all work, you proactively look at how processes within the department can be better organized. You dare to provide input to take the department and the organization to a higher level. A versatile and responsible position.

You will work in a friendly team with three direct colleagues, who look forward to working with you.





What we ask from you



The colleague we are looking for is accurate with an eye for detail and has an affinity with the temporary employment sector and payroll administration. You are open minded and enjoy working together. In addition:

  • Are you in possession of the SEU diploma back office professional or willing to obtain it;
  • Do you have at least a completed MBO 3 education;
  • Do you have a good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written?
  • You can work well with systems such as Word, Outlook, Excel and payroll systems;
  • Are you available for at least 24 hours a week;
  • Are you familiar with the temporary employment sector? This is an advantage!;
  • Have you worked with Nocore before? This is an advantage!
