As a mechatronics technician at Ebusco in Venray you work on 100% electric buses. You work on the construction of buses and preparing the buses before they go to the customers. All this in a safe and clean working environment.

who are you

What do we ask of you as a mechatronics technician? You preferably have a degree or work experience in the automotive sector or engineering. Also, you recognize yourself in the following points:

• you have knowledge of electronics, hydraulics and mechanics
• you can read technical drawings
• you have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language

what will you do

As a mechatronics technician, you are working on your passion for the automotive world. Together with a hard-working team you take care of an efficient process for preparing our buses.

You start your day as a mechatronics technician during the day's start. Here you and your colleagues discuss the activities and action points for the new working day. Then you will check various places in the bus based on the action list. Every bus is different. Sometimes you will find a malfunction and have to fix it. Other times you will have to assemble something. This also makes the work enormously diverse.

• establishing working methods and work sequences
• checking availability or replenishment of necessary tools and supplies
• looking for malfunctions in the electric buses and resolving them where necessary
• checking the electric bus from head to toe for other defects (may be mechanical or electrical)
• ensure processes and notice and suggest improvements
