• You define service line goals and share priorities with the teams
• You translate the strategy into actionable plans and goals
• You deliver workplace and identity as a product with security and user experience by design
• You support other teams in making the right business decisions and implement the right strategy
• You proactively think about the future of Identity & Access Management (IAM) in all our environments (cloud and on premise), with a strong focus on applying security standards and best practices
• You actively collaborate with our security team to ensure secure-by-design solutions and compliance with relevant regulations
• You act as the go-to person for other teams and business stakeholders regarding Identity & Access Management (IAM) and M365 management. You’re able to translate their needs into technical solutions and collaborate to find the right fit.
• You help drive adoption of workplace and IAM solutions through effective change management, communication and user engagement strategies.
• You enable cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing;
• You engage with key business stakeholders across departments to align priorities, manage expectations and translate business needs into technology initiatives.
• You ensure the well-being, motivation and performance of people within the service line teams.

What’s on your CV, is important but is by no means the only thing we attach importance to. Your self-starting attitude and your ability to collaborate and communicate with, develop and empower other teams, are even more crucial. As a true team inspirator, you provide leadership and guidance across various organizational aspects. Previous experience leading a multidisciplinary team (5-10 years) will give you a strong head start. Experience in working with an international team is a bonus.

A broad and high-level understanding of infrastructure and best practices is essential. Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, External Identities, MS 365 Services, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication is key for this role.

Since you’ll be working in our group-wide organization, fluency in Dutch is required, you must be excellent in English.

You’ll join TPS, the international technology organization of Mediahuis. Together with your colleagues in the infrastructure domain, you’ll ensure a reliable, secure, and high-performance environment for teams across all departments.

This position can be based in either Antwerp or Amsterdam, with a willingness to travel between locations to foster strong collaboration with your team and stakeholders. There’s also flexibility to work from home several days a week.
