About the Position:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you’ll play a pivotal role in our client’s Customer Supply Chain (CSC) Professional team. Responsible for a designated cream portfolio, you’ll oversee end-to-end supply planning activities, ensuring optimal balance between market service levels and operational efficiency. Your strategic input will drive decision-making processes, supporting both short-term operational goals and long-term network development initiatives. This role, based in Amersfoort, offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth and success of our client’s cream supply network.

Responsibilities:

• Tactical and Operational Planning: Manage the daily planning horizon for the cream portfolio, focusing on service, cash, and costs optimization.
• Collaborative Demand-Supply Management: Co-own the operational demand-supply cycle, collaborating closely with Supply Network Planning peers and Demand Planning team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Support Cream S&OP Cycle: Provide scenario input for the Cream S&OP cycle, aligning with Site Supply Leads to facilitate effective decision-making.
• RCCP Input and Strategy Delivery: Deliver input for Commercial 12Q plans and CAPEX budget through Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), while driving projects and improvements to execute the Cream supply strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in planning and inventory management principles such as S&OP, MPS, and MRP, with experience in planning tools like SAP APO or equivalent.
• Strong ability to communicate the vision of Customer SCs and build trusting relationships with commercial and supply chain partners. Well-developed analytical skills, coupled with clear decision-making capabilities.
