In the role of warehouse supervisor, you are responsible for directing activities within the warehouse, leading your own team, and managing the physical flow of goods.

Description

• Serving as the primary point of contact for employees (20-30 team members);
• Conducting discussions both within and outside the department;
• Coordinating activities and measuring productivity using the WMS system;
• Handling registration in inventory systems and processing movements in the system;
• Motivating and encouraging your team members;
• Assisting with regular tasks when necessary, such as loading and unloading trucks, checking in freight, and splitting shipments.

Gevraagd

* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
* Flexible and people-oriented;
