Looking for Leader!
For the Export Special Products department at the Oude Meer/Schiphol location, we are looking for an enthusiastic Teamleader who is willing to drive change. It is a fulltime position for 40 hours a week. You will be responsible for one of the top customers in Amsterdam Branch as well as for special industry solutions we offer for our customers. Do you have experience within Airfreight and are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-moving industry including leading colleagues at a great company where no day is the same? Function

• Managing, leading and developing the team of your responsibility within the areas of skills and performance
• You supervise and (where necessary co-execute) the handling of shipments
• You monitor the quality of the operation and ensure KPI compliance through acting as the main point of contact (Operational as well as financial KPIs)
• You make recommendations to management in regard to working methods, tools and the organization of the work
• Relationship management of clients and other executive teams
• You guide, instruct and stimulate the employees and ensure good mutual cooperation
• You also ensure correct communication with other team leaders and the execution of work

Requirements/Skills

* You function at HBO work and thinking level
* You have gained 5 years of demonstrable work experience within Export air freight
* You have gained experience to lead and develop a team
* You have a good command the English language in word and writing
* You are solution-oriented and you have perseverance. In addition, you are flexible with regards to working hours
* You have a good command of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
