Join a dynamic team and support the Financial Controller in the overall finance controlling function in the Netherlands and new markets abroad. Office based in Amsterdam.

Description

As a Junior Financial Controller (Dutch speaker) you will:

• Working closely with the Operational Managers providing value added financial, commercial and accounting support
• Liaising with local business unit managers and sales executives to provide financial support
• Provide details of market data (revenue numbers, employee numbers, customer profile and products) for current and new markets
• Providing support on cost control and setting up cost controls
• Meeting all financial/commercial reporting deadlines
• Providing support to controllers with monthly closing
• Providing support to the Finance department on a regular basis
• Providing support to meet statutory, regulatory and statistical requirements
• Providing support to meet the annual external audit process and corporate income tax requirements
• Championing the development of the finance function through continual improvement and
development of systems, processes, people and procedures.

Gevraagd

The ideal Junior Financial Controller (Dutch speaker) candidate is:

• Technically strong, HEAO, HOFAM or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of Hyperion (preferred) and Microsoft Excel
• Combination of business analysis and accounting skills
• Language skills: Dutch and English
