As a Financial Controller, you are the game maker responsible for preparing periodic reports and analyzing various results. With your strategic insight and tactical skills, you collaborate with various departments and international entities, like a player who enthusiastically tackles every challenge. You work closely with the Finance Manager and serve as a backup.

Description

• Showcase your best skills as you prepare and review various weekly and monthly reports, like a true master strategist;
• Connect the right pieces between different departments and ensure smooth flow, like the architect of a perfect board game;
• Take on the challenge of implementing Power BI and generating valuable insights, as if unravelling the secrets of a mysterious game;
• Ensure perfect harmony between sub-ledgers and general administration and manage intercompany accounts like a master of balance monitoring;
• Make smart connections and moves regarding intercompany reconciliations and allocations, like a player always sealing the best deals;
• Create and update customer master data and ensure credit insurance is in place;
• Work closely with the accounts receivable team to satisfactorily handle allocation issues;
• Conduct regular credit reviews to maximize delivery performance while minimizing credit exposure;
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve orders on hold;
• Provide backup support for daily tasks of other team members in the finance department.

Gevraagd

* You have a completed HBO degree in a financial-economic direction
* At least 1 year of work experience;
* Experience with ERP systems is a plus, but more importantly, you're familiar with the importance of good rules of the game;
* You have excellent numerical skills and know how to make the right moves, both on the board and in Excel;
* You're a communicative team player and master the art of persuasion.
* Fluent in Dutch & strong English skills
