As a process safety & EHS engineer, you oversee Process Safety Management/Seveso, High-Risk Work, Machine Safety, and EU regulations, including incident investigation. Conducting risk assessments like PHA, CDA, and LOPA, you identify hazards and ensure compliance. You handle tasks such as Atex, Safety report, Explosion safety document, and QRA, while providing EHS support for projects. Staying current with EHS legislation, facilitating Root Cause Analysis, and implementing compliance and risk management programs. Engaging in cross-functional teams, monitoring effectiveness, and offering expertise for nuclear devices (KEW). Providing EHS support for the R&D Laboratory, focusing on hazard assessment, compliance inspections, and training. Assisting in emergency response, conducting industrial hygiene assessments, and managing change activities for EHS compliance, including REACH for lab chemicals.

• Take the lead as the expert in Process Safety Management/Seveso, High-Risk Work, Machine Safety, and EU regulations, overseeing Incident investigation and other related areas;
• Lead various risk assessments including process hazard analysis (PHA), combustible dust assessment (CDA), and risk assessments (LOPA) to identify process hazards and implement appropriate prevention/mitigation measures;
• Handle responsibilities such as Atex, Safety report, Explosion safety document, and QRA, effectively communicating results and issues. • Identify non-compliance issues or risks, recommend programs and procedures for compliance, and provide EHS support for capital projects;
• Stay updated on EHS legislative and regulatory developments, facilitate Root Cause Analysis, and implement programs and plans for compliance and risk management;
• Participate in international cross-functional teams, monitor program effectiveness, and provide expertise for nuclear devices (KEW);
• Provide EHS support to the on-site R&D Laboratory, focusing on hazard assessment, compliance inspections, incident reporting, and site EHS training;
• Assist in site emergency response programs, conduct industrial hygiene assessments, and manage change activities related to EHS compliance, including REACH for lab chemicals.
