About the role
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs and demands of the manufacturing services market. By leveraging your industry expertise and market insights, you will identify and target key accounts, industries, and market segments to drive sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote Prodrive Technologies' Manufacturing Services globally.
- Identify and target key accounts, industries, and market segments to drive sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Provide strategic insights and market feedback to inform product development and business expansion initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the manufacturing services or related industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and supply chain dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to drive growth.
A willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
