• Providing third level of support;
• Investigating and progressing CRM support requests to satisfactory resolution within agreed SLA timescales;
• Resolving known issues and providing insights to users where solutions have already been documented;
• Evaluating the current system and providing recommendations in support of continuous improvement in tools and processes;
• Support new and existing projects;
• Building, configuration and testing of Dynamics 365 applications with Customizations.

Gevraagd

• 5-10 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform;
• Strong understanding of Sales Life-Cycles and Customer Relationship management practices;
• Familiarity with systems up and downstream from Dynamics 365, such as Azure, API’s and Power platform;
• Good knowledge about Microsoft infrastructure such as Windows Server, IIS Report server and MS SQL;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

For are a leading multinational in the region of Eindhoven we are looking for a driven and well versed Microsoft Dynamics Administrator. As a Administrator within this company you're responsible for third level support and customization of the application and familiar systems.

The IT department plays a crucial role in supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 online platform for customer engagement. They have different projects upcoming and work 3 days a week with a dedicated team from their office.
