Can you bring your skills and experience to a position that involves planning and coordinating activities critical to the manning of vessels with skilled personnel in a compliant manner?

For one of our clients providing innovative offshore engineering solutions, we are looking for a Crew Operations Coordinator to support the efficient and compliant manning of vessels for offshore operations by planning and coordinating personnel activities.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise personnel planning is aligned with the framework provided by the Fleet planner.
  • Verify the compliance and readiness of planned personnel for embarkation.
  • Maintain regular communication with Learning & Development colleagues to ensure compliance with planned personnel.
  • Inform individual crew members about their travel schedules and assigned Vessel/Project.
  • Coordinate all essential travel-related arrangements for personnel, including visa processes.
  • Update the Crew Management System with pertinent and up-to-date data.
  • Provide support to the Vessel planner to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Vessel Asset Team, Project Team, and Procurement Subcontracting Department to prepare personnel planning for upcoming projects.
  • Participate as a key member of the emergency phone team, addressing urgent crew-related issues outside regular office hours.


Gevraagd

  • Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in an offshore environment or comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities in planning and organisation.
  • Possess strong communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. 
  • Thrive as a team player, fostering collaboration within a dynamic work environment.
  • Embrace a hands-on mentality, displaying a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficient command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Willingness to travel as part of the role's requirement.
