Logistics Team Lead
The company
Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter etc.
Role Description
As a Logistics Team Lead, you will be responsible for the entire logistics operation during the shift. You coach and lead your team, prioritizing safety, quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
– Create an environment of continuous improvement, with a focus on the importance of taking actions regarding the improvements.
– You will be responsible for coordinating and leading the entire logistics operations.
– Create an annual plan for your own team and translate team objectives to team members.
Requirements
– HBO level education or equivalent.
– +3 years of experience in Logistics, operational environment or equivalent.
– You can easily communicate with different stakeholders in the organization.
– Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
– On this position you will be working on 3 shifts: one week morning – 1 week late and 1 weeknight, weekends are free.
