Do you have experience in filling, tracking, and distributing engineering documents for capital projects as well as costs, schedules, and progress reports?

For one of our clients, an engineering company providing offshore and energy solutions, we are looking for a Document Controller who can manage and control the document flow.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Coordinate the control and distribution of engineering documents
• Coordinate vendor document control.
• In charge of updating and coordinating projects through MDR (Master Document Register) about the status of project deliverables. 
• Internal expediting of (over) due internal workflows for engineering and vendor documents. 
• External expediting of (over) due client response on documents issued for review/approval. 

Gevraagd

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Document Control / Document Management. 
• Good knowledge of both English and Dutch language. 
• Knowledge and experience in Document Control Software applications, such as SharePoint or Meridian.
