Artwork Coordinator

The Company
Our client is one of the top beverage companies in the world who believes in a mission to insightfully articulate, honor and advocate the great value of teas and herbal infusions, through their stable of 36 brands around the world.

Role Description
Your role as an Artwork Coordinator is overseeing artwork projects, troubleshooting print-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the program of global artworks through effective coordination with the artwork team.
  • Troubleshoot artwork and print-related issues across various artwork projects.
  • Participate in key gatekeeping milestones within innovation projects to guide the artwork process.
  • Train business teams on the end-to-end process of artwork development, from exploration and brief to execution.
  • Maintain partnerships with key agencies, including graphic design, adaptations, pre-production print specs, reprographics, and final execution at converters.
  • Daily interactions with VCP, regional, and local business teams, including marketing, procurement, and supply chain teams.
  • Report directly to the Global Packaging Director.
  • Manage key contacts and connections with packaging suppliers, factories, and third-party co-packers.
  • Work closely with VCP packaging managers and regional packaging managers to efficiently manage program resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing artwork programs and troubleshooting print-related issues.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end artwork development process.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with packaging suppliers, factories, and third-party co-packers is preferred.
