Toonaangevend in de continu veranderende wereld van de zorg zijn zij een landelijke organisatie met meer dan 2600 medewerkers, 300 miljoen omzet en meer dan 100 vestigingen, die zich in hoog tempo ontwikkelen en professionaliseren.
Om de groei verder vorm te geven en hun positie als marktleider te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een daadkrachtige, pragmatische en detailgerichte Business Controller. Deze functie is gevestigd in Utrecht, maar werken op afstand is mogelijk
What you’ll do:
You are the right hand and financial conscience of the Business Unit. Together with the location managers, you compile budgets, forecasts and analyses and solve pricing issues. You report based on KPIs and optimize management information. You make an active contribution to improving daily business processes. Furthermore, you do this together with your colleague business controllers and report to the Manager of Business Control.
Your tasks include:

• Devising and designing solutions for data issues
• Shaping and directing the planning & control cycle by, among other things, translating strategic objectives into clear KPIs;
• Drafting, developing and coordinating management information in the form of periodic and ad-hoc reports for business managers and stakeholders;
• Making (trend) analyzes on financial and operational figures and KPIs and on that basis come up with proposals for improvement;
• Provide business analysis, including process and scenario analyses;
• Acting as a sparring partner for the management team

Eisen
You are independent, proactive and decisive. You are also solution-oriented, pragmatic and an expert at bridging gaps between departments

• Affinity with IT and data with strong analytical skills
• A completed HBO or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in a dynamic and logistics-oriented organization
• Available at least 5 days a week, 32 hours is negotiable;
• Affinity with the medical industry is an advantage
• This position has a hard requirement for a full professional level of spoken and written Dutch
