Functie

As a Team Leader, you play a crucial role within the Whitefish Filleting facility. You will lead two production lines and also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the process, whether it involves mechanical or manual filleting operations such as skinning and deboning. Attention to detail is essential. While experience in this field is a plus, it is not a requirement, as we are open to skill development. Crucial for this role is the ability to motivate your team and preferably some prior experience in a supervisory role. Additionally, a good command of the English language is vital, as many of our employees speak English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating the team.
• Ensuring optimal quality in the filleting process.
• Researching and implementing improvements in processes, such as optimizing staffing levels and efficient machine deployment.
• Collaborating with HR to ensure a healthy and flexible staffing level.
• Daily coordination with production planners and logistics for a smooth product flow.
