In this role, you support the entire sales process of a premium automotive organization, from order management and invoicing to customer contact, vehicle registrations, and administrative follow-up. You liaise daily with various stakeholders and ensure that commercial and operational processes run accurately and efficiently.

The key responsibilities for this position are:
- Supporting the entire sales and order management process.
- Processing and managing customer, order, and vehicle data.
- Preparing and processing invoices and commercial documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring the correct, timely, and compliant administrative handling of files.
What do we ask of you?
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support, order management, customer service, or a similar commercial back-office function.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
- An accurate, proactive, and customer-oriented work attitude.
- Affinity with automotive; experience within the sector is a strong plus.
- Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week and working on location.
