Breakfast Chef

What you will do?

• Lead and support the kitchen team during breakfast service and ensure a clear division of tasks;
• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes while maintaining consistency and presentation standards;
• Organise mise-en-place, production and preparation to ensure a smooth and efficient service;
• Manage stock, place orders and monitor the availability and quality of products;
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards are followed and contribute to improvements within the breakfast operation.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Breakfast Chef, Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen role;
• Experience in leading and coordinating a kitchen team during breakfast service;
• A hands-on approach and the ability to work independently during busy services;
• Experience with stock management, ordering and basic kitchen administration;
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.

Aanbod

For this position, a salary of €3.000 gross per month is offered, depending on experience and background. Accommodation is available for up to 6 months at a cost of €600 per month. The additional employment benefits will be explained in more detail during a personal conversation.
