We seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Specialist/Payroll professional to join our team in Amsterdam. We are a dynamic organization committed to excellence and employee satisfaction. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing payroll administration, HR functions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our new employees.

Description

Payroll Administration (50%): Maintain accurate payroll records, process payroll, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax laws.

HR Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR practices, including employment law, absenteeism management, and interaction with UWV.

Onboarding and Orientation: Conduct monthly introductions and onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.

Discretion and Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with ADP software is a plus.

Pension and Auto Lease: Knowledge of pension administration and auto lease processes is preferred.

Contract Management: Create and manage employment contracts.

Absence Management: Maintain records and manage absenteeism administration.

Location: Primarily based in our Amsterdam office, with occasional visits (2x a month) to our Rotterdam office.
