As a Payroll Specilaist you are responsible for monthly payroll preparation and processing from A to Z, in addition to monthly payroll reports in coordination with our financial department in Poland and with our Payroll team in Rotterdam Europoort. You work closely with our HR team on operational and tactical issues and participate in various (international) HR projects about smarter and more digital working.

Description

• You are responsible for monthly payroll preparation and processing from A to Z, in addition to monthly payroll reports in coordination with our financial department in Poland and with our Payroll team in Rotterdam Europoort.
• You work closely with our HR team on operational and tactical issues and participate in various (international) HR projects about smarter and more digital working.
• As a part of EMEA Project team, you will work on Digitalization and Process Improvement for Dutch payroll.
• Ensure payroll implementation planning activities and meetings are prioritised based on agreed global and local plans.
• Responsible for the smooth implementation ('24/'25) of the new payroll process, coordinating meetings and sending clear and regular communication across all areas of the business before, during and after implementation, to maintain engagement, and ensuring a smooth transition.

Gevraagd

* Education in Payroll Administration and knowledge of Dutch legislation regarding payroll taxes.
* You have strong understanding of SAP Succesfactors and proficient in Excel.
* ADP knowledge and Experience with 30% schemes and international assignments is an advantage.
* You are analytical, proactive and have strong Organizational skills.
* Fluent English and conversational Dutch.
* You can work from our Amsterdam office 2-3 days a week.
