The client is looking for a French speaking CustomerSupport Representative to join their Customer Service Deck. To be successful in this role you should be passionate about providing customer support and enjoy handling complex customer questions from point of entry to resolution.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Provide remote technical support and other service.
• Answer customer inquiries (mainly by phone and e-mail)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders
