What are you going to do:

Parlez-vous français? We are looking for customer-friendly and solution-oriented individuals to join our international team of around 20 colleagues. As a Full-time French Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued French-speaking customers.

Using your exceptional communication skills, you will expertly address questions, provide solutions, and troubleshoot issues coming from the French branches of the company. You will also liaise with our suppliers and transporters via phone, email, and chat to ensure smooth operations.
