Are you fluent in Slovak or Czech? Start as a Full-time Customer Service Agent and work half of the week from the comfort of your home.

What are you going to do:

Are you customer-friendly and solution-oriented? Join the international team of around 20 colleagues and provide excellent customer service. As a Full-time Slovak or Czech Customer Service Agent, you will be working closely with the Dutch department, therefore a good knowledge of the Dutch language is required as well. Any other language you speak is a big plus!

With your strong communication skills, you will address questions or concerns about products and troubleshoot problems for Slovak or Czech-speaking customers. Additionally, you will communicate with our suppliers and transporters via phone, email, and chat.
