As a Full-time Spanish and Italian-speaking Customer Service agent, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various global departments, including Dutch, French, German, and more. Proficiency in any additional languages would be highly valued and considered a significant advantage!

With your exceptional communication abilities, you will be responsible for promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns related to our wide range of products, catering specifically to the needs of Spanish and Italian-speaking customers. Furthermore, you will collaborate with our extensive network of suppliers and transport partners, utilizing multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
