Project Manager Construction Sittard

As Project Manager Construction, you will focus on real estate projects consisting of both new construction and renovations. Together with the Benelux and Mid-European real estate team, you are responsible for the preparation, execution and completion of real estate projects at home and abroad. You lead project teams, manage external parties and supervise the set frameworks. You take the lead from the initiative up to and including the delivery. For example, you are responsible for drawing up the programme of requirements, arranging all necessary drawings and permits, monitoring the budget, planning and implementation and ensuring correct delivery. You are a booster who thinks along and anticipates market developments, innovations and sustainability.

• Structured and stress resistant;
• A relevant HBO/WO education completed, for example, construction business administration, structural engineering or similar;
• Several years of experience in construction-related project management;
• Good knowledge of the Dutch, English and German languages;
• A self-starter, communicative, decisive and accessible
