- Infrastructure Support: Maintain office and warehouse hardware (PCs, network, printers) to ensure stable operations and provide rapid technical troubleshooting.
- System Support: Deliver support for internal software, manage user requirements, and provide staff training to improve the system experience.
- Business Coordination: Support business workflows through system testing and act as the technical liaison with the China-based IT team for updates and integrations.
Gevraagd
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science and automation or other related major.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or system maintenance.
- Fluent English are mandatory; Dutch or Chinese skills are preferred.
- Familiar with office equipment, network systems, printer maintenance, and basic network security.
- Strong proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, network systems, and managing internal software or API integrations.
