About the role With your expertise in developing, maintaining, and executing HR strategies, combined with your skills in Dutch labor laws and regulations, you will play a pivotal role
. You will help educate employees on HR policies and procedures fostering a culture of fairness, respect, and adherence to best practices.
You will be working closely together and will be reporting to our Head of HR in Amsterdam. With your experience you will guide the company on a global level to the next level by ensuring our HR team in Amsterdam as well as France is in full control of the development of the company and its employees

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws and regulations.
  • Keep abreast of legislative changes and proactively update policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless integration for new hires and a positive departure process for departing employees.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand the unique needs of each department and align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HR issues and contribute to the development of organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to identify training needs and develop programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.


Gevraagd

About you
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Native level Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on Dutch labor law.
  • Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with learning and development concepts; prior experience in L&D is a significant advantage.
