Role Description
In this role you are responsible for optimizing customer engagement to improve patient care. They identify customers and accounts with the greatest potential based on relevant data and market knowledge, strategically defining their own market area. Using this information, they determine which customers and accounts to approach and in what manner.

Responsibilities
-Identifying current and potential new customers and accounts.
-Continuously reviewing and improving campaigns based on data, analysis, and experimental results.
-Executing activities based on a strategic omnichannel engagement trajectory.
-Articulating the voice of the customer during SCRUM meetings and actively participating in
-formulating various hypotheses.
-Initiating, planning, and analyzing personalized customer journeys and executing omnichannel campaigns.
-Proactively using data and analysis to improve customer engagement.

Requirements
-Bachelors or Master’s degree.
-Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
-Relevant knowledge of digital capabilities and their utilization
