The development team consists of approximately 16 individuals, the majority of whom are experienced professionals. Although there are also junior and mid-level team members present, the nature of the complex and scalable applications is such that everyone must perform at a high level. To reach this level, close collaboration with the Lead Developer in the initial stages is crucial, as he is eager to share his knowledge to strengthen the team.

What are you going to do?
As a PHP Web Developer with Symfony experience, you will be writing code, participating in technical discussions, coordinating the team, engaging in client negotiations, and contributing to strategic planning. Additionally, you will be responsible for adding new features and maintaining existing systems, with knowledge sharing among colleagues to foster collective growth being a significant aspect of the role. You will be a PHP Developer with experience in larger organizations, proficient in the end-to-end development process, and willing to work in an in-house development environment without cloud or container solutions.
