Customer service representative (French)

Description

• Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, and resolutions to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to operational improvements.

Profile

• Proven experience in a Customer Service, Order Management, or Inside Sales role.
• Experience working in an international and fast-paced environment.
• SAP experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and French.
