Reporting to the CFO, you will work together to enhance the organization's growth and professionalism. This role is responsible for the HR department and all activities related to the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for the headquarters and stores. 

Gevraagd

Atelier Munro is looking for someone with a well-rounded foundation in Human Resources. The sort of person who will derive energy from developing fellow Team Leads, building the HR department, and executing improvement projects.

You will ideally have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education;
• minimum 4 years experience, with retail experience being a plus;
• several years of leadership experience;
• strong advisory and coaching skills;
• a helicopter view with a pragmatic, hands-on attitude;
• a decisive and optimistic mindset;
• project management skills;
• up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the field;
• excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
