Who you are

You are very hands-on. As an operations support specialist you are going to support several departments, so it is important to be able to switch between them quickly.

The following points are important for this job:

• You speak and understand the English language fluently;
• You are available to work fulltime;
• You have experience or affinity with business oriented software applications;
• You are familiar with operations related processes (such as finance or warehousing);
• Speaking German or French is a pré.

What will you do

You are going to work as an operations support specialist for a big and international company. This role consists out of two elements: Dynamics and sales. You will have to switch between the departments a lot, so it is important that you are good at prioritizing.

The following tasks are important on the job:

• Tracking, analyzing and optimizing workflows;
• Act as an interface between operations and IT;
• Sales support;
• Consult in sales support and procurement, specifically for the systems;
• Contribute to the knowledge level of teams about processes and systems.

Where will you work
