For an innovative international company with a warehouse in Venlo, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced warehouse Operations Support employees on site.
Our client is manufacturer and distributor of leading products and technologies.

Job description:

• Ensure that all defined country & customer requirements are met for all outbound shipments, including preparation of correct paperwork and providing documents & information to expedition;
• Collaborate with internal & external parties to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Determine whether challenges are structural or exceptional, in order to prioritize problem solving;
• Inform Customer Service of any potential delays and assist in finding solutions when problems arise;
• Perform miscellaneous administrative & operational tasks;
• Ability to carry both operational tasks, as well as questioning them to be able to constantly improve the way we work according to defined processes.

Gevraagd

• Bachelor level thinking. A degree in e.g. Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage;
• Proven experience with export documentation;
• Proven track record within Supply Chain sector, mainly transport related;
• Proven communication skills are fundamental;
• Project experience, both as a leader as well as a strong member is an advantage
• Knowledge how to apply Lean tools is an advantage.
• Ownership you take responsibility for your job;
• Problem solving skills and analytical thinking;
• Continuous Improvement and relationship management;
• Planning and Organizing skills;
• SAP WMS/Oracle IMS knowledge is a plus;
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, knowledge of Dutch language is an advantage.
