WTS Enery is looking to recruit a HR Professional for our client who is a leading, privately owned exploration and production operating company in the Netherlands. The role will be in the Amsterdam offices.

Requirements:
• Mid level (5 – 7 years) experience
• Good knowledge of Dutch labor law
• Dutch & English fluency
• Oil & Gas experience – nice to have

Main responsibilities:
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Performance Management
• Employee Relations
• HR Policy Development and Compliance
