What are you going to do?
In this role, you will join our customer service team as a seasoned employee under the guidance of the office supervisor. Your role encompasses being the primary point of contact and overseeing team operations. This entails maintaining a comprehensive perspective and escalating matters when required. Collaborating closely with your team, you will strive to deliver exceptional service to our customers, playing a pivotal role in creating a positive impact. The team, composed of multiple colleagues serving various customers, embodies a blend of informality and professionalism. You will be stationed at our Born location.

Your responsibilities will involve several key aspects. Firstly, you will be responsible for the preparation of the monthly business review (MBR). Secondly, you will cultivate a strong rapport with both our customers' logistics team and the end customers. Thirdly, proficiently managing the customer service team will be within your purview. Additionally, you will be accountable for verifying and finalizing the monthly billing process for the customer. Addressing process-related issues and offering effective solutions to the customer will be central to your role. Promptly handling inquiries and grievances, including those in English, is also an integral part of your duties. Lastly, you will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and take the lead in proposing and implementing enhancements to the existing processes.

- A salary ranging from €2.517 to €3.443 gross per month dependent on your work experience and educational level.
- 25 vacation days, 40 ADV hours (reduced working hours scheme), and the option to buy or sell extra leave.

What do you bring to the table?
- Minimum of MBO+ or HBO level of education;
- A professional approach towards customers in a B2B environment;
- Proficient command of English;
