In this position you are driving on-time fulfilment of customer and internal sales inquiries, complaint/claim disputes and overall customer support throughout various regions and sales channels in EMEA. Furthermore you continuously drive to be compliant with the company's policies on safety, financial controls, trade and ethics in EMEA.

Description

• Enable and support external links with the entire EMEA environment (sales, product management, finance, operations, customs, warehouse).
• Act as the key point of contact towards external and internal customers in a strategic,active and supporting position.
• Ensure a flawless operation with focus on continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
• Carry out a thorough administration (with correspondence, invoices, offers, customs documentation SASO, SGS inspection, LC documentation)
• Operating as the single point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.

Gevraagd

* At least 2 years of working experience in a Customer Service environment
* Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
* Proactive mindset
* High degree of adaptability and accuracy
* Available for 40 hours a week and 3 days in the office (first 6 months full-time)
