This is your chance to shine as a customer service representative at the largest bicycle manufacturer in the United States, but in the always cozy Harderwijk! As a customer service representative, you play a crucial role in providing appropriate support to different customers.

As the first point of contact for customers, you are responsible for providing optimal customer service. You are ready to answer incoming calls, emails and chats from dealers, stores, users and colleagues. With your extensive knowledge of the products, customers and what is going on in the market, you will make every customer conversation extra valuable. In addition, you are also responsible for managing orders, providing price and delivery time information and informing customers of any changes in a timely manner.

Together with your Manager, you ensure that the sales and profitability of the dealers in your area are boosted. You actively search for opportunities to close deals and know how to turn them into successes. In addition, you establish strong relationships with the dealers and stores in your area. And it gets even better: you regularly go out with your field sales colleagues to visit the dealers and stores. Together you strengthen the relationship and look for ways to make the cooperation even better!
