Customer Service Representative Venlo

For our client, an international company in Venlo, we are looking for a

Customer Service Representative

In this function, you are the point of contact for your customer with regard to service, transport and delivery. In this role, it is important to build a relationship with the customer. You support and challenge the account managers in this dynamic environment.

Your work:

• Point of contact for transport-related issues;
• Monitoring of (operational) agreements made with customers based on input supplied;
• The preparation of reports regarding the services to customers;
• Identify shortcomings in the service and initiate corrective measure;
• Maintaining contact with the customer about bottlenecks in daily business;
• Receive and process complaints.

• A relevant education;
• Excellent talking and writing skills of the English language;
• Control of the Microsoft Office package;
• Some experience in a similar position;
• Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and you can deal with stress
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Avaible for 32 - 40 hours a week.

The following things can be handy to have but are not mandatory

• Some knowledge and experience in logistics.
